Notice Regarding the Collection and Use of Personal Information
ANG Technology (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes and discloses the following privacy policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle any related grievances.
- Article 1 (Consent to the Collection of Personal Information)
- The Company provides a procedure through which users can click the “Agree” or “Cancel” button after reviewing the contents of the privacy policy or terms of use. Clicking the “Agree” button is considered consent to the collection of personal information.
- Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Collected)
- The personal information processed for consultations through online inquiries includes the following items:
- Collected Items: Name, email, phone number
- Article 3 (Purpose of Using Personal Information)
- The Company does not disclose personal information without the prior consent of users and collects personal information for smooth customer consultations and the provision of various services. The collected information will not be used for purposes beyond the stated objectives, and if the scope, purpose, or use of the collected information changes, prior consent will be obtained.
- ①Name: To verify the identity of the individual for product consultations.
- ②Email and Phone Number: To provide notifications related to product consultations and events, and to share information about new services and products (via DM, SMS, email, etc.).
- Users may refuse to consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, refusal may result in the inability to provide consultation services through online inquiries, and restrictions on service use and benefit provision.
- Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

As a general rule, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of its collection and use is achieved. However, if preservation is required under laws such as the Commercial Act or the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company will retain the information for the specified period stipulated in relevant laws. In such cases, the information will be used solely for the purpose of retention, as outlined below:
Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscriptions: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
Records related to the collection, processing, and use of credit information: 3 years (Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information)
The Company securely processes users’ valuable personal information and prevents leaks by destroying personal information as follows:
Personal information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated. Personal information stored in electronic file formats is deleted using technical methods that render the records irretrievable.
