After-Sales Service

ANG Technology adopts the following technical support measures to provide customer satisfaction services,
always staying close to our customers. We ensure that you receive precise, high-quality service at your desired time.

  • Customer Support Department

    A separate Customer Support Department is established to receive A/S calls from customers, connect them with the responsible engineer, and provide immediate remote service. For on-site A/S requests, arrangements are made to ensure inspections are carried out within 24 hours.

  • Localization of Overseas Technology

    For equipment from overseas partner companies, ANG Technology enhances its own service capacity through overseas technical training, enabling prompt A/S support without requiring visits from the overseas partner companies.

    INSTALLATION

    Currently, ANG Technology has its own equipment team and designated partner companies, handling all aspects of equipment installation, relocation, and modification. Based on this, any unexpected issues that may arise during the entire installation and construction process will be swiftly addressed through close collaboration between our equipment team, designated partner companies, and ANG Technology engineers.

    AFTER INSTALLATION

    After the installation is complete, ANG Technology's engineers will provide hands-on training alongside the customer, covering preparation work and all processes required for equipment operation. Even after the training is completed, our engineers will remain on-site for a certain period to monitor and ensure the flawless operation of the equipment.

    Detailed Training

    The Korean version of the Service Operating Manual is supplied, and training is conducted based on it, allowing for easier education on Operation and Maintenance.

  • 04
    Defect Prevention Inspection Contract through Pre-inspection of Equipment

    ANG Technology engineers provide technical support to ensure smooth equipment operation for customers by performing regular preventive maintenance and equipment inspections under a separate preventive maintenance contract.
