Short
Block Test System
During the cold run state of engine short block assembly (including piston assembly), measures cranking friction torque, pressure and vibration above the oil passage, and crank shaft end play. Through wave form and data analysis, it verifies the misassembly, unassembly, or contamination of main bearing, con rod bearing, and thrust bearing, and checks the state of leaks and blockages in the oil gallery, aiming to reduce repair man hours and improve overall quality of the engine assembly line.

Long Block
Leak Test System
The Long Block Leak Test system measures pressures formed on the oil and
water lines in the engine long block state using a consistent air pressure supply.
This helps to pre-detect oil and water line leaks in the finished engine, thereby
reducing repair man hours and enhancing the overall quality of the engine.
