Meca/Core Assembly Line

ANG Technology provides assembly/welding equipment and inspection systems required for seat Meca and Core production lines. Backrest and Cushion Frame need its own assembly process and requires basic testing. Understanding the characteristics of each process on the Core assembly line (Recliner and Pumping), we configure the line to have optimal assemblability suitable for each process and conduct vision and operational force testing of completed products.
