- ATo offer customer satisfaction services, A&G Technology has technical support ways as follows, so you can receive services of high quality in anytime you want. AS Call : 080-498-9406
- We have customer support team separately and perform telephone service immediately by getting the A/S Call acceptance of customers and connecting engineer in charge. In the case of visiting A/S, we enable the on-site inspection within 24 hours in local area.
- In case of foreign partners' equipments, quick A/S service is possible without visiting of foreign partners because we increased self-service capacity through global technical training.

Installation
Current, A&G Technology has its own facilities team and the designated partners so we have been played in installation, relocation and system upgrade of all equipments. Based on this, Engineers of A&G Technology and designated partners will be coordinated and solve the sudden problems which may occur in the whole process of installation and construction so that a quick response to you.

After Installation
When the installation work is completed, engineer of A&G Technology will educate directly to customer and our engineers about preparation for the equipment's operation and all the courses through hand-on training. After completion of training, we stay in customer site during a certain period and watch the perfect operation of the equipment.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE
A&G Technology's engineers serve the technical support for smooth equipment operation of customer by conducting regular preventive inspection of equipment through separate Preventive Maintenance contract.

DETAIL TRAINING SERVICE
You can be educated the Operation and Maintenance training more easily because Service Operating Manual is supplied to the local language version and education is carried out based on this.
